Freedom Starts in the Body.
Breathwork & Coaching to Help You Stop Living from Old Patterns.
When your nervous system feels safe, you no longer have to live from pressure, protection, or past patterns.
Through conscious connected breathwork and coaching, I guide you to regulate, release, and reorient, so you can relate to yourself and your life with clarity and self-trust.
Who This Is For
This work is for you if:
• You feel stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns
• You’re high-functioning on the outside but unsettled within
• You’ve done mindset work but know something deeper needs to shift
• You want change that is embodied not just understood intellectually
• You’re ready for depth
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about no longer living from old survival strategies.
Together, we release what’s been stored in the body and gently untangle the beliefs formed around it, so you can embody the version of yourself you already know is there.

My Approach
My work bridges nervous system science, somatic release, and subconscious belief integration.
I’ve been facilitating Conscious Connected Breathwork for over four years and am trained in internationally recognised lineages including Rebirthing and Transformational Breath®. My background in healthcare, with nine years working in London hospitals, grounds this work in safety and clinical understanding.
Sessions are steady, intentional, and regulated.
Depth with containment.

Why work with Clémentine?
Breathwork can access layers that years of talking sometimes cannot.
When emotions are stored in the body, insight alone is not enough. Through conscious connected breathing, we create the conditions for those patterns to be felt, processed, and integrated safely.
Each session is held with steadiness and care.
No force. No overwhelm. No pushing intensity.
My work bridges nervous system science, emotional integration, and lived experience. I believe the body carries memory beyond conscious thought and that real change happens when the body feels safe enough to release.
Through breath and coaching, we regulate first.
Then we gently process what has been held.
From there, clarity and new ways of relating naturally emerge.
