“The way we breathe impacts our states of stress very strongly.” _ Dr Andrew Huberman, in the Scientific American Nov 2020 (Full article link available below)

Here is a short video of 3 simple tips about breathwork.

The amount of stress that we are facing is increasing daily. Our evolution has brought the most groundbreaking inventions so we can have a more comfortable life but let’s face it, it has cost us a lot on our health & the planet.

This is an invitation to reconnect with your natural balanced state.

Your nervous system is made of two branches: THE PARASYMPATHETIC & SYMPATHETIC.

The SYMPATHETIC nervous system is activated when you are in danger, what we call fight and flight mode. It is very useful in case of an emergency. You can be alert and quickly responsive.

The PARASYMPATHETIC nervous system activates your resting and digesting functions. You are safe. These two systems exist so we can tackle the dance of life!

Today our nervous system is overly stimulated by fear, anger, frustration and tiredness which activates the SYMPATHETIC nervous system for prolonged periods of time. This is when your nervous system starts creating imbalances in your physical body (fast heart beat, brain fog, shaking, tight chest, dizziness) and consequently your mental and emotional state. And this is what causes BURN OUTS!

I have burned out myself working in Hospital in London and doing the job of 3 clinicians, not feeling valued and fighting for any kind of professional growth opportunity. Breathwork and meditation have helped me greatly to find myself again. To sleep properly. And to feel clearer into what I wanted from life.

What to do next?

When you feel stressed or you feel low you have the power to change how you feel!
